Annette Lefebvre R.N., B.A., LL.B, B.C.L.
Annette Lefebvre obtained a Common Law degree and a Civil Law degree in 1989 from the Faculty of Law of McGill University. An attorney for Plaintiffs exclusively, for more than twenty years Me Lefebvre has represented patients and their families in medical malpractice lawsuits involving highly technical issues of obstetrical, surgical, and neurological liability. In addition, she has successfully handled many cases of personal injury and medical product liability.
Prior to her legal studies, Me Lefebvre pursued a career as a Registered Nurse, working in intensive care in Montreal, Toronto, and at Stanford Medical Center in California. Formerly a partner in a renowned Montreal law firm, Annette Lefebvre launched her own law firm in September 2005 where she continues to specialize in medical malpractice, health advocacy and personal injury law.
Annette Lefebvre is frequently invited to give lectures on current issues in health care to various medical and legal organizations such as the Québec Bar, The Canadian Bar Association and The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, among others. She is a member of the Bar of Quebec, The Canadian Bar Association where she is currently a member of the Executive Committee for the National Health Law Section, and the American Association for Justice (previously known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America). Me Lefebvre also serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of F.R.E.S.I.Q., the research arm of the Quebec Order of Nurses, and is a member of the Board of Directors of TRACOM, a Montreal Crisis Intervention Centre.

- An associate from 1991 at the law firm of Kugler Kandestin, she became a partner in 1998. In September 2005 Me Lefebvre opened her own independent law firm in downtown Montreal.
