Sevan Ishkhanian

Mtre Sevan Ishkhanian is an associate lawyer in the firm practicing in the areas of civil litigation, specializing in the areas of medical malpractice and civil responsibility.
Mtre Ishkhanian received her LL.B. from the Université de Montréal in 2004 and was
called to the Québec Bar in 2005. She completed a graduate diploma in North American
Common Law in 2007.
Mtre Ishkhanian is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Young Bar
Association of Montréal and the Armenian Bar Association.
As a civil litigation attorney, Mtre Ishkhanian is involved in all aspects of the practice,
from introductory meetings with clients, to drafting proceedings, settlement negotiations,
arguing contested motions and full preparation and pleading of trials.
Trial experience includes pleading before the Superior Court, Quebec Court and
Administrative Tribunals.
Mtre Ishkhanian is fluent in English, French, Armenian and Arabic.
